Andrew Leach is an energy and environmental economist with expertise on greenhouse gas policy for the oil and gas industry. He is chair, Climate Change Advisory Panel, Government of Alberta, a frequent contributor to the Globe & Mail and Maclean’s and has prepared reports for the National Roundtable on the Environment on the Kyoto Protocol.
